DAP 7 has the ability and flexibility to comply with your needs.

When downloading several files at once a queue is created (after exceeding the number of simultaneous downloads you have set.)

However, if you want to download a certain file right away, there is no need to wait for its turn in the queue. Simply select the desired file and press the 'Force Download' button and DAP will immediately start downloading the file regardless of it's queue position.
