You can use DAP's Site Password Management feature to store usernames and passwords for different sites, default download directories, etc.

To do so, select the Options menu from DAP's main window and choose Preferences. The preferences window appears, click on the Site Passwords section on the tree.

Here you can add, edit and delete passwords for websites.
