Download Multiple Files Simultaneously

DAP is capable of simultaneously downloading any number of different files. However, the number of files defined in the batch affects the download speed. If you choose to download only one file at a time, after the download of the first file is initiated, each file that has been selected for downloading will be transferred to the Download queue. When the first download is finished, the next file on the list will be automatically downloaded, and so on.

To define the number of simultaneous downloads:

1. In DAP's main window, select the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Options'. DAP's configuration page will appear.
2. On the configuration page, choose the 'Connection' option to display the 'Connection' options page.
3. In the 'Downloads queue' section, select the number of files that you want to be downloaded simultaneously and click 'Close'.
