Note: An existing bug in the iTunes application may cause movies to freeze in iTunes.com after 10-12 seconds. This iTunes problem may continue to occur even with SpeedBit Video Accelerator installed.

Known Issues:

  • SpeedBit Video Accelerator doesn't support Google Chrome browser.
  • 3rd part software may crash while uninstalling SpeedBit Video Accelerator.
  • The "Now Accelerating" tray window may appear as a blank window occasionally.
  • When installing SpeedBit Video Accelerator while Yahoo messenger is running, Yahoo messenger may shut down.
  • When uninstalling SpeedBit Video Accelerator on Windows XP, some files remain on the computer.
  • After installation is complete, SpeedBit Video Accelerator Website is launched. All browsers must be closed for SpeedBit Video Accelerator to start accelerating.
