An easy way to think about DAP 10 is as a streamlined, optimized version of Download Accelerator Plus with the core download accelerator engine plus a powerful new add-on system that lets you expand the capabilities and features of DAP.

What does this mean for YOU? DAP10 is a more powerful, flexible platform for downloading files at accelerated speeds. With the help of a community of developers, DAP can be expanded in new and exciting ways and DAP can be customized to fit the specific needs of every user. Our goal with DAP 10 is to provide the most personalized download manager available. With the new add-on system, DAP 10's capabilities can be customized in countless ways. You can install exactly the combination of add-ons and features that you want, providing a unique and personalized experience.

Imagine an intuitive new add-on that instantly sends the files you download to your cell phone, or one that uses DAP's file shredder to automatically remove certain types of files, or an –add-on that cooks you dinner and downloads files at the same time (we might have to wait a few years before that last one is available). All of these ideas are just scratching the surface of what can be accomplished with the new add-on system.
