Batch Downloads

Download Accelerator Plus is capable of simultaneously downloading any number of different files. However, the number of files defined in the batch affects the download speed. If you choose to download only one file at a time, after the download of the first file is initiated, each file that has been selected for downloading will be transferred to the Download List. When the first download is finished, the next file on the list will be automatically downloaded, and so on.

To define the maximum batch size:

1. In DAP's main window, select the Downloads menu and choose Options/Configurations. The Configuration window appears.
2. Under the Configuration tree, choose the Connection option to display the Connection configuration form.
3. In the Max. Simultaneous Downloads box, type the number of files that can be downloaded simultaneously and click Close.
