DAP Download Security

Files you download with DAP are tested by leading antivirus programs and you receive an alert letting you know if it is a Trusted, Potentially Unwanted, or High Risk file.

DAP's download security is powered by SPEEDbit Multi Antivirus (MAV) Analysis. This service provides you with the test results, from several antivirus applications, of the file you have downloaded. This comparison gives you valuable insight into the nature of your files, and helps you decide if a file is safe.

Additionally, you can see whether your current antivirus program identified a safe file as a threat, and find out which antivirus applications miss a threat that the other programs are able to find.
